What is your Return Policy?
We do not offer refunds. We offer 14 days for exchange or store credit. Items must be returned with tags attached in unworn/undamaged condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Absolutely no returns on custom orders.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We offer free local pick up from our store which is located at 673 Topsail Road (same plaza as Freshii, Figs and Fromage, and Atlantic Cannabis). Select the "Local Pick Up Option" at check out and you will receive an email or a phone call when your order is ready for pick up. Please remember to check your junk mail as our emails may end up there.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! Our orders are shipped via Canada Post. We currently ship all across Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at check out. Once items have left our shop, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! You can place a custom order through our "Custom Orders" tab. Please write detailed notes in the notes section at check out, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and/or information on the design you are looking to have made. Please allow extra time for custom orders.
How long do orders take?
This varies depending on overall demand, product availability, etc. Typically orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days. Please add the "RUSH" option for an additional $10 if a rush is needed on your order.
