Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. It is exchange or store credit only. Proof of purchase is required to receive store credit, no exceptions.
Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days with proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation email).
Your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, with the tags still on. If 14 days have lapsed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or return. Please ensure you follow washing instructions (wash in cold water on gentle cycle or hand wash and hang or lay flat to dry). We do not offer any guarantees that there will not be any change in the shape or size of the garment once it has been worn or washed. Items that have been worn and/or washed are not eligible for exchange/returns.
We will not accept returns/exchanges if any items are not in sellable condition. This includes but is not limited to visible wear, tags missing, animal hair is present. Please only return items in the condition that you would wish to purchase them in. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Items with factory defects may be replaced within 14 days of purchase. Must have proof of purchase for date verification.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to have the exchanged item returned to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
